Cavalier Stevia Chocolates
The following products are sweetened with Steviolglycosides, sweeteners extracted from the Stevia plant, a small green herb, originating from Paraguay. This was licensed in the EU in November, 2011. It has been used for hundreds of years as a natural sweetener in parts of the Far East and South America.
Unlike sucrose and artificial sweeteners, Stevia is good for your health and it does not damage the flavour of top quality chocolate.
